Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Raqam Meen mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Raqam Meen provides caller identification, spam blocking, and contact management services. The Service relies on proprietary algorithms and community-sourced data to identify unknown numbers, flag potential spam, and block fraudulent calls. The effectiveness of the Service depends on the collective contributions of our user base.

2. User Accounts and Verification

To access the core features of the App, you must register for an account using a valid phone number. We utilize Telegram-based OTP verification to authenticate your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

You agree to use Raqam Meen only for lawful purposes. When utilizing the App, particularly the community reporting features (e.g., flagging a number as spam, fraud, or service), you agree to the following:

  • You will provide honest, accurate, and truthful reports.
  • You will not use the reporting system to harass, defame, or maliciously damage the reputation of individuals or businesses.
  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • You will not use the Service for any automated data scraping or bulk extraction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these community guidelines or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Premium Subscriptions (Raqam Meen Plus)

Certain advanced features of the App are available only through a paid subscription called "Raqam Meen Plus". By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and billing cycles presented at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions are billed directly through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
  • No refunds are provided by Raqam Meen directly; refund requests must be handled through the respective app store according to their policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Raqam Meen and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Raqam Meen makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the absolute accuracy of the caller ID information or the effectiveness of the spam blocking features.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Raqam Meen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raqam Meen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
